Board of Directors

Regulations for Election of Directors

To be elected as a Director, a person must be a member of the Atlantic Society for Biblical Equality (ASBE). Nominations for election as a Director are made by the Board of Directors after asking for suggestions from the members. The number of Directors shall not be less than eight (8) and not more than twelve (12). Directors are elected for two-year terms, with one-half of the Directors elected each year. There are no limitations on the number of terms a Director may serve. Election shall be by secret ballot at the Annual Members’ Meeting. A seventy-five per cent (75%) affirmative vote is required for election.

The Board of Directors was updated at the last Annual general Meeting in August 2015. A complete list of the ASBE Board of Directors is available through the link.
